Are your designer items authentic?
Absolutely. Every designer piece we carry, including our high-end handbags, is authenticated in the New York showrooms where they are sourced. We only offer genuine, hand-selected luxury goods.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our boutique follows a strict "I’m yours, no refunds" policy. For in-store purchases, all sales are final unless the item is found to be defective. For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Please note that we do not accept Venmo or Apple Pay at this time. We do not pass credit card transaction fees on to our customers.
Do you offer private shopping appointments?
While our boutique is open to the public, we specialize in personalized service to help you find unique pieces that express your style. Please call the store if you would like to discuss a more tailored shopping experience.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Physical gift cards are available for purchase directly at our Aiken boutique.
How do I track my online order?
Once your order is processed (typically within 2-3 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for either USPS or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. For high-value items (over $2,000), you will have the option to add shipping insurance at checkout.
How should I care for my luxury purchases?
To protect your investment pieces, we generally recommend professional dry cleaning or strictly following the care labels on each garment. For jewelry repairs, we can often facilitate sending items back to the original designer for professional servicing.
Is the boutique pet‑friendly?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly environment, and service animals are always welcome to accompany you while you shop.
Is your location accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, our boutique is fully ADA-compliant and accessible to all customers.
Where is the best place to park?
The most convenient parking is located directly out front in the street-side spots along the block.
