SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.
High-Value Items: For items over $2,000, customers will have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout to ensure the safe arrival of their luxury goods.
Domestic Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Focusing on bringing the best of curated fashion to our domestic clientele.
In the rare event your package is delayed or arrives affected, please reach out to us promptly at info@curatedclothiers.com so we can ensure a swift resolution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Store Credit Only: Returns for online orders are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only.
Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Final Sale: All discounted or "Sale" items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Aiken, SC boutique.
No returns on in-store purchases.
The Return Process: To initiate a return for store credit, please email us at info@curatedclothiers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our Aiken boutique. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as Curated Clothiers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great pride in the quality of our curated collection. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect piece, please notify us at info@curatedclothiers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method.

We are a pet-friendly boutique. Well-behaved pets and all Service Animals are welcome to accompany you during your shopping experience in our Aiken location.
